1. Directions are too small and difficult to follow. 2. Comes in a lot of pieces. 3. You have to wire things together yourself. 4. When I got it all put together ready to hang it and placed it GENTLY on a table one of the glass globes cracked an fell apart. It was like an eggshell. There were no cracks in it. Total loss.
