I used these lights for range hood lighting in a commercial kitchen. Lights were bright. I believe they make a short bulb and a long neck bulb so verify you need. Either one worked for me. Could have used a regular a19 bulb. So far good value for needing 14 bulbs.Bulbs for China and Display cabinets can be costly. QPLUS Par16 LED bulbs are a great value.Bulbs like these are difficult to find from major vendors. Fit our needs perfectly and a great price.I think I saw a reviewer say that these were not bright enough. I am not sure what that person was expecting because one step up from this bulb is stadium lighting. These are about 5 times brighter than the 50w halogens that I had in them. People comment on how incredibly bright these are ...... after they regain their vision.I thought the colour would be warmer for 4000k but they are not. I would almost say that these are not really 4000k but a it cooler. They are way closer to daylight than warm light with almost no yellow. But for the price and the blinding luminescence - its a deal on Amazon where most things are garbage.Ordered 36 of these bulbs. Unfortunately the box arrived damaged. Reported damage to company. They were very responsive and willing to replace any damaged product. So far I have used about 12 of the bulbs and all are working fine so far. The bulbs were packaged in 6 boxes of 6. I have used the bulbs in the most damaged box with no issues so far. Would have given these bulbs 5 star if not for the damaged box. Will see how well the bulbs perform over the long run. I purchased the 5000k bulbs and find them extremely bright. I rarely have the bulbs above half power as they are too bright. Would recommend these bulbs.I replaced them with 50W halogen light bulbs and it looks great. Brighter than before and was delivered to Vaughan-Ontario fast with reasonable packaging. I've learnt that the thousands of hours life spam written on the box is very untrue. Based on my previous experience with similar product, 10% of them die within the first year of use.(I use them average 5-7 hour/day), but I noticed a remarkable saving /month on my hydro bill, when I switched to LED from 50W Halogen bulbs. LED bulbs are twice as expensive as Halogen bulbs, but if they last at lease twice as much and after the saving on hydro bills, I'd call it a win. When you have lots of pot lights, be prepared that they will burn out regularly and so you need a supply of replacement bulbs. It is best if the replacement bulbs are identical (i.e. in terms of brightness, colour and number of LED's) to the rest of the bulbs deployed so it is good to have a supply of like bulbs on hand to make the replacements. The price for the bulbs has declined significantly since they were first available, so the current price for multiple bulbs is a real bargain and so should be taken advantage of.Although we just installed them a couple days ago. It's not as big as I had expected but it did the trick and they're nice and bright and what I do like about these lights the most is that they last a long time so I don't have to keep changing them which is what I had to do with the ones I had before.
